The IMAQ Walden Joint Venture (IWJV) offers nationwide specialized security, access control, remote monitoring, surveillance, and protective services to the federal government with a total of 70 years of experience under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Mentor Protege Program. In 2021, the SBA formally approved our Mentor-Protege Agreement, strengthening our team’s capabilities to perform security services for Small Business and 8(a) requirements.

IMAQ Resources, LLC is the most recent SBA 8(a) to the Natives of Kodiak, Inc. (NOK), an Alaska Native Corporation. As a wholly owned subsidiary of NOK, we are well-financed, well-insured, and have depth of resources to support recruiting, staffing, and project management to reduce risk and ensure reliable performance to guard critical infrastructure. Federal agencies are able to benefit from our expanded contracting solutions such as enhanced facilities operations and maintenance and professional services in all aspects of security, emergency management, risk avoidance and mitigation of critical incidents.
